FULL BODY RAD RESET CLASS

Reconnect mind and body with a brief movement flow followed by head-to-toe tension release using the RAD All In Kit. This class will be focused on mobility, creating body awareness, de-stressing, and specifically targeting chronically overused areas to move better and feel re-aligned.

JULIE WU

RAD INSTRUCTOR

Julie Wu began her career in the health and sciences field, studying the molecular nature of diabetes in various labs across the US. Finding she wanted to work one-on-one with people, she decided to pursue a 4 year masters degree in Five Element Acupuncture. She now resides in Denver, CO while traveling the world teaching RAD Education.
